Lowell on Channel 10 - Now We Lost
The Third DCA in an 8-2 decision overturned the three judge panel
decision in Kuvin v. City of Coral of Coral Gables. However, the fat lady
has not yet sung, so it looks as if we have at least one more shot at
overturning this poorly written law which is not evenly enforced against
all trucks. .

Lowell On The Colbert Report
The Colbert Report read about Lowell's issue with the City of Coral Gables in New York Times (See Below). They decided that the to ban pick-up trucks from parking in the City at night was so absurd that they wanted to a segment on it. They contacted Lowell, and he agreed. They interviewed Mayor Don Slesnick and a few other residents of Coral Gables.
The segment aired on January 31, 2008 on Comedy Central.
